Brentwood Industries partners with Original Software to transform testing across global operations

Founded in 1965 and headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania, Brentwood operates manufacturing sites across the U.S., Czech Republic, China, and India. With operations spanning water treatment, cooling towers, medical packaging, and custom engineering, Brentwood needed a solution to bring structure and visibility to their complex testing landscape.

From spreadsheets to strategic testing

Brentwood runs a heavily customized version of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine), and they were facing critical challenges:
