Customer Success Manager

Full-time - Remote USA

Overview

As a CSM for Original Software, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our client’s success by helping them use our solutions to their full potential. You will be the primary point of contact and focus on building loyalty to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention. You will keep them informed about the latest product developments, address issues and proactively identify additional opportunities to pass on to the sales team.

 

Responsibilities     

  • Develop and maintain great customer relationships and foster customer loyalty.
  • Understand the customers’ needs and help them achieve the desired outcomes using our platform.
  • Educate clients on the wider benefits of the solutions
  • Manage the onboarding process.
  • Own the renewal process to ensure a high level of customer retention.
  • Drive account expansion by identifying new areas of opportunity for our solutions base and pass to the sales team.

 

Experience and Skill Requirements

  • A degree level education
  • Two to three years prior experience in a CSM or Account Executive role
  • Prior experience in a testing environment using no code/low code automation products.
  • Articulate and able to communicate well both internally and externally with clients.
  • Confident in proactively reaching out to clients and developing new contacts.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly moving, sometimes highly pressured environment.
  • Autonomous yet have the capacity to work well in a team.

 

Location

This position reports to the Head of Customer Success and is based remotely. Some travel will be required for client visits, corporate meetings, and events.
